Heat Pump Upgrades May Qualify for Up to $2,500 Per Ton in LADWP Rebates*
We install both ducted and ductless (mini split) heat pump systems that may qualify for LADWP rebates.
Available for qualifying residential customers within LADWP service territory.
WHO MAY QUALIFY?
To be considered for the LADWP rebate program:
• Must have an active LADWP residential electric account
• Installation must be in an existing home (new construction not eligible)
• Installed system must be AHRI-matched
• Final approved city permit required
• Mini/multi-split systems must service the entire home
This rebate program is available only to customers with an active LADWP residential electric account within LADWP service territory (City of Los Angeles).
POTENTIAL REBATE AMOUNTS
Depending on system type and efficiency tier:
• Ducted Heat Pump Systems: $1,000 – $1,250 per ton
• Ductless Heat Pump Systems: Up to $2,500 per ton
Rebate tier depends on SEER2 and HSPF2 ratings.

❓ Do you guarantee the rebate amount?

No. Rebate approval, eligibility, and final rebate amount are determined solely by LADWP. We do not guarantee rebate approval or payment.

❓ Will the rebate be deducted from my installation price?

No. Installation pricing is independent of rebate approval. Rebate payments, if approved, are issued directly by LADWP to the customer. Payment for installation services is not contingent upon rebate approval.

❓ What happens if LADWP denies my rebate?

Rebate decisions are made exclusively by LADWP. One Stop Heating and Cooling is not responsible for denied, delayed, or reduced rebate payments.

No. Customers are responsible for submitting their application directly to LADWP. We provide documentation to assist with the application process.

We can verify whether your equipment meets the technical requirements. However, final eligibility and approval are determined solely by LADWP.

If your home receives electric service from LADWP within the City of Los Angeles, you may qualify. Customers served by other utilities such as Southern California Edison are not eligible under this program.
